Standard Single Bedroom rentals also have double beds, couches and a refrigerator plus an en-suite with shower, toilet and basin. Private car parking is provided next to your cabin. You also have the use of secure key only access to park shower and toilet facilities and extended park kitchen facilities tat are fully equipped, with private car parking near your cabin. The refund does not include the cleaning fee. This is a hygiene cleaning fee and does not replace the tenants responsibility to maintain a clean home.

Per Week is the amount of rent payable on a weekly basis and includes gas, electricity and water rates. There are no surprise bills at Blue Gum Cabin and Caravan Park
