STANDARD SINGLE BEDROOM

Fully furnished and nicely decorated with a fully

equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, sink, plenty of bench space, oven, stove top and rangehood and table and chairs for you enjoy your meal on. Standard Single Bedroom rentals also have double beds, couches and a refrigerator plus an en-suite with shower, toilet and basin. Private car parking is provided next to your cabin

Access to secure laundry facilities including washing machines and dryers and clothes lines.                                                

DELUXE SINGLE BEDROOM   

Enjoy a spacious modern interior that has been tastefully decorated and furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, sink and plenty of bench space, oven, stove top and rangehood and table and chairs plus

an en-suite with a shower, toilet and basin. In the bedroom there

is a double bed, built in robes and the lounge room has couches and rug. Private car parking alongside your cabin. Access to secure laundry facilities including commercial washing machines and dryers and clothes lines

DELUXE DOUBLE BEDROOM

Living with a spacious modern interior decorated

with thought and comfort in mind. The double Bedroom rental cabin is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen boasting oven, stove top, rangehood, lots of bench space and table and chairs to enjoy your meal.

A couch is already waiting for you in the lounge room. The bedroom has a double bed, plus an en-suite with shower, basin and toilet. Private car parking is next to your cabin. Access to secure park laundry facilities including commercial washing machines and dryers and clothes lines

The Basic Studio Cabin is perfect for the more budget minded, furnished with a kitchenette (shown on the picture to the right, click on the image to see a larger picture) with table and chair and basin with either a single or double bed and

arm chair to relax in or enjoy your favourite TV shows, and an individual verandah. You also have the use of secure key only access to park shower and toilet facilities and extended park kitchen facilities tat are fully equipped, with private car parking near your cabin. All your gas, power and water rates are included in your weekly rental fee, modern furnishing with a fully equipped kitchen (shown in picture to the left, click on the image to see a larger picture) that has a stove, oven and Rangehood and refrigerator and table and chairs, double bed, as well as en-suite with a toilet (no shower) and access to secure

key only park shower facilities and communal fully equipped park kitchen. Private car parking alongside your cabin. Access to secure park laundry facilities including commercial washing machines and dryers and clothes lines.

Alfresco Living

INCLUDES GAS, POWER, WATER, EN-SUITE, KITCHEN, PRIVATE B-B-Q AND VERANDAH

  Wonderful Alfesco living in a Superior Studio Cabin Includes gas, electricity and water in your weekly rental, nice modern furnishing as well as an individual verandah with a private barbecue and seating area with table and chairs. Modern furnishing with a kitchen, double bed, en-suite that includes a shower, toilet and basin. Private car parking. Access to secure laundry facilities including commercial washing machines and dryers and clothes lines.

Air-Conditioned cabins now available

Add $10 per week plus additional start up costs for Air-conditioned cabins

Advance Fee's include key deposit (for your home and access to secure park facilities and entrance gate) and cleaning fee. See above.

The refund does not include the cleaning fee. This is a hygiene cleaning fee and does not replace the tenants responsibility to maintain a clean home.

Per Week is the amount of rent payable on a weekly basis and includes gas, electricity and water rates. There are no surprise bills at Blue Gum Cabin and Caravan Park 

  Note: The minimum stay is 4 weeks as we are a long rental, residential caravan park and do not offer tourist accommodation. 

 All accommodation rentals have beds, table and chairs, refrigerators, and arm chairs or couches (depending on your choice of cabin) and kitchens or kitchenettes and sinks ( size dependent on your selection)

  All bond authority cheques must be 3 weeks for studio cabins and 4 weeks bond for 1 and 2 bedroom cabins
