Departs from the corner of Hume Highway and Cooper Street, then via Cooper Street, Northern Hospital and Epping Plaza Shopping Centre, Cooper Street to Epping Railway Station, It then travels via Cooper Street, Davisson Street, McDonalds Road, Ferres Boulevard (City of Whittlesea Offices), McDonalds Road, Gorge Road, to the corner of Gorge Road and Riverside Drive at the Riverside Estate (South Morang).
PLEASE NOTE: AS FROM 30TH SEPTEMBER 2007 THE 571 BUS WILL DEPART FROM ROXBURGH PARK STATION:- Roxburgh Park Station to South Morang Departs Roxburgh Park Railway Station via access road into Roxburgh Park Shopping Centre then Left into Somerton Rd and continues over Hume Hwy into Cooper St. Continues along Cooper St via Northern Hospital & Epping Plaza then back onto Cooper St to Epping Railway Station, Davisson St, McDonalds Rd, Ferres Blvd (City of Whittlesea Offices), McDonalds Rd, Gorger Rd to Riverside Estate South Morang to the corner of Gorge Rd & Riverside Dve

To Roxburgh Park

Departs from Riverside Estate (South Morang) from the corner of Gorge Road & Riverside Drive, and runs via Gorge Road, Plenty Road, Centenary Drive, Morang Drive, Plenty Valley Shopping Centre, McDonalds Road, Davisson Street and Copper Street to Epping Railway Station. Bus then departs from Epping Railway Station and travels to Epping Plaza Shopping Centre and Northern Hospital, then via Cooper Street to the corner of Cooper Street & Hume Highway (Campbellfield). PLEASE NOTE: AS FROM 30TH SEPTEMBER 2007 THE 571 BUS WILL EXTEND TO ROXBURGH PARK STATION:- Departs Riverside Estate South Morang from the corner of Gorge Rd & Riverside Dve and runs along Gorge Rd, Plenty Rd, Centenary Dve, Morang Dve, Plenty Valley Shops, McDonalds Rd, Davisson St & Cooper St to Epping Railway Station, Epping Plaza and Northern Hospital then via Cooper St over Hume Hwy onto Somerton Rd then right into Roxburgh Park Shopping Centre and continue into Roxburgh Park Railway Station.

To Epping North

Departs Thomastown via High Street, Spring Street and Lantana Avenue to Main Street and then the reverse of the route described above.
